Vinification: destemming and fermentation at low temperature. the must remains in macerre with the skins for about 10 hours (lacrima), after which the soft pressing takes place.
Tasting notes: coral color with violet reflections. Intense aroma with floral notes and rose, fruity amarasca and cherry. On the palate it is long with a pleasant minerality and a good roundness. The finish shows an excellent persistence. It goes perfectly with appetizers, both sea and land pasta dishes, fish soups. Also perfect as an aperitif.
